Are you licensed and insured?Downard Cleaning was licensed and insurance in June 2023 to comply with industry standards. Insured through Simply Business with coverage of 1 million dollars in general liability insurance and 2 million dollars in aggregate insurance.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?No, you don’t need to be home while we clean. Many of our clients provide us with access to their home via key or garage codes. If you prefer to be home, we’re happy to work around your schedule as well.

What should I do to prepare my home before a cleaning?It is recommended that you put away loose items prior to your cleaning. This will allow our team to focus on cleaning, rather than tidying.
